Returns

We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly. Any claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged during transit or contains manufacturing defects, NovaPop will replace the affected items or issue a credit at our discretion.

Please retain all original packaging until your claim has been processed.

Incorrect Shipments

If you receive the wrong product or quantity, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly arrange for replacement or issue an appropriate credit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom or private label products
  • Orders returned without prior authorization

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are produced and packed specifically for business customers. We do not accept returns for unsold merchandise, overstock, or changes in purchasing decisions.

Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds & Credits

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as a store credit, depending on the circumstances. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
