At NovaPop, we are committed to providing fast, reliable fulfillment for our wholesale partners. Most orders ship directly from our U.S. warehouse to ensure quick delivery and consistent inventory availability.
Order Processing
- Most wholesale orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Processing times may increase during holidays, promotional periods, or peak seasons.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Shipping Origin
All orders ship from our U.S. warehouse.
This allows retailers to receive inventory quickly without extended overseas lead times.
Shipping Methods
NovaPop utilizes major carriers including:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- LTL Freight Carriers (for large orders)
Carrier selection is based on order size, destination, and shipping efficiency.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Order weight
- Package dimensions
- Destination
- Carrier rates
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout or provided on your invoice.
Freight Orders
Large wholesale orders may ship via freight carrier.
For freight shipments:
- Delivery appointments may be required.
- A commercial delivery address is strongly recommended.
- Additional charges may apply for residential deliveries, liftgate service, limited access locations, or re-delivery requests.
Delivery Times
Estimated transit times:
- Midwest: 1–3 business days
- East Coast: 2–5 business days
- South: 2–5 business days
- West Coast: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Delays
NovaPop is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Natural disasters
- Labor disruptions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect addresses, refused shipments, or returned packages will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:
- Notify NovaPop within 7 days of delivery.
- Retain all original packaging.
- Provide photos of damaged products and cartons.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Inventory Availability
While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, product availability is not guaranteed until your order has been processed and confirmed.
If an item becomes unavailable, NovaPop may:
- Ship available products separately
- Backorder affected items
- Issue a refund or store credit
International Shipping
International shipping may be available upon request.
Customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Local regulatory compliance
